Yes! You can combine any of our mushroom products to enhance their effects. Some are better taken in the morning such as Lion's Mane and Wood Ear Mushroom, while all other varieties are best taken at night an hour before bed. Get the most from your experience by combining products that suit you.


Unfortunately, no. Our liquid extracts are alcohol based and therefore unable to be used by anyone under the age of 18. Our PURE dried powders are suitable for adults however more research is currently being done to understand their effects on child development, hence our products are not yet suitable for use by children.


We grow and wild-harvest all of our own mushrooms right here on our facility in Northern Australia. We create our substrates from sustainably farmed Australian hardwood trees, source the highest quality genetics from Australia's most fertile regions and perform our extractions using modern technologies. From spore to store, we control the entire process to ensure only the highest caliber of result.

NOOTROPIC SOLUTIONS

Wholesale Information

Ordering Process:

To make a purchase, simply add your desired items to the cart. While regular pricing will initially be displayed, rest assured that you can apply your wholesale discount at checkout. Enter your unique code, and the discount will be applied to all items in your cart. For accurate pricing details, refer to the wholesale price list provided upon your account setup. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@nootropicsolutions.com

Minimum wholesale orders must reach a total of $200 after the wholesale discount has been applied.


Pricing:

When listing our products online, it is essential to adhere to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). Sales periods are limited to a maximum of two weeks. Any violation of this clause will lead to Nootropic Solutions terminating their supply partnership with the seller. iMAP and MAP pricing align with the RRP as detailed in our wholesale price list.


Shipping:

Wholesalers enjoy free standard Australian shipping for orders exceeding the $200 minimum spend. Express shipping is available for $15 and can be selected at checkout. Generally, our wholesale shipping policies and timeframes mirror those for our regular customers. Exceptions may occur for particularly large orders or special cases.


Undelivered Items:

If items are undelivered and returned due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., address changes, inability to accept the order), we will initiate a refund, excluding shipping expenses and a $10 administrative/processing fee. Additional return shipping fees may apply. Should you need to resend the order, kindly place a new order or contact us to resolve the issue. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


Returns & Refunds:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving goods. Requests must be made in writing to sales@nootropicsolutions.com within 30 days of the delivery date, including the invoice number and reasons for return. Prior approval is required for all returns, and the products must be unused and in their original condition. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.


Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Agreement:

For the purposes of this document, "you" and “wholesaler” refer to the prospective wholesaler applying to become affiliated with Nootropic Solutions, and “Nootropic Solutions,” “us,” or "we" pertain to the company offering the wholesale program. By applying to be a Nootropic Solutions wholesaler, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and policies outlined in this Agreement. It is imperative to thoroughly read and comprehend the contents of this legal agreement. Upon submission of the online application, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the terms. Acceptance by Nootropic Solutions initiates this Agreement, which remains in effect until either party terminates participation.


2. Termination and Changes to Agreement:

This Agreement begins when Nootropic Solutions accepts you as a wholesaler and will end when your participation is terminated by either party. Nootropic Solutions may change this Agreement at any time. If any change is unacceptable to you, you are entitled to terminate your participation. Your continuing participation as a wholesaler will constitute your acceptance of any change. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes made to the Agreement.


3. Suspension or Termination:

You or Nootropic Solutions may suspend or terminate your participation as a wholesaler at any time for any reason.


4. Price Changes:

Nootropic Solutions reserves the right to change the price of their wholesale or retail products at any time.


5. Reversals:

Nootropic Solutions may reverse orders due to cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, or program violations. Violations of the communications policy may result in immediate termination of participation as a wholesaler.


6. Assets Usage:

Nootropic Solutions grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license ("License") to use assets as specified in this Agreement. The License expires upon departure as a wholesaler or termination of this Agreement. You will use the Assets as Nootropic Solutions instructs.

When using the assets provided by Nootropic Solutions, the following rules apply:

6.1.  No Modifications: You will obtain written consent before making any changes to the assets. No alterations, additions, or subtractions are allowed.

6.2. Specific Purpose: You will exclusively use the assets for promoting Nootropic Solutions and its products. Any other use is not permitted.

6.3. Ownership Reservation: Nootropic Solutions retains full rights, ownership, and interest in the assets, encompassing copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property. No transfer of ownership occurs under this agreement.

6.4. No Ownership Claims: You will not make any assertions of ownership over the assets, including copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.

6.5. Distribution Authorisation: You will seek prior written consent from Nootropic Solutions before incorporating the assets into additional advertising materials.


7. Liability:

Nootropic Solutions is not liable for loss of profits, costs, or direct/indirect damages arising from service interruption, termination of this Agreement, asset use, or service performance.


8. Relationship:

This Agreement shall not be construed to create any employment relationship, agency relationship, or partnership between you and Nootropic Solutions. You will provide services for Nootropic Solutions as an independent contractor. You will have no authority to bind Nootropic Solutions into any agreement, nor will you be considered an agent of Nootropic Solutions.


9. Email Communication:

You are strictly prohibited from sending commercial electronic mail messages, as defined by the Federal spam law, CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (“Act”), in relation to Nootropic Solutions and our products. Nootropic Solutions retains the right to collect, withhold, or cancel any compensation associated with the commercial electronic mail messages you send. You are permitted to send transactional or relationship messages, as outlined in the Act.


10. Online Advertising Policy:

10.1. Purchasing Restrictions: 

You shall not purchase keywords, domain names, advertising, search terms, AdWords, or any identifiers containing "Nootropic Solutions”, or “Nootropic Solutions”, or variations thereof.

10.2. Google, Microsoft & Social Advertisements:

Running Google, Microsoft, or Social advertisements is strictly prohibited for wholesalers and may lead to termination.


11. Prohibited Claims:

You are expressly prohibited from making any claims asserting that products or services offered by Nootropic Solutions are designed, intended, or proven to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This prohibition encompasses any promotional material, marketing content, or representations made by you in association with Nootropic Solutions' products. It is strictly against the terms and policies of this Agreement for you to communicate or insinuate health benefits that extend beyond the specified and approved uses of the products provided by Nootropic Solutions. Any breach of this prohibition may result in consequences, including but not limited to termination of your participation. Nootropic Solutions emphasises adherence to transparent and accurate information when promoting its products to maintain the integrity of its offerings and compliance with applicable regulations.


12. Warranties:

Nootropic Solutions makes no representation that the operation of the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Nootropic Solutions will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.


13. Confidentiality:

Information obtained under this Agreement which is not publicly available, is considered confidential. Wholesalers may not disclose confidential information unless compelled by law or with prior written consent from Nootropic Solutions.


Compliance with Australian Regulations

  1. Consumer Protection Laws:
    • The terms should comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, ensuring fairness and transparency in transactions.
    • Issue: Terms should clearly define the process for resolving disputes and provide contact information for consumer complaints.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection:
    • Compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) is required for handling personal information.

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that orders placed after noon AEST will commence processing on the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the Australia Post website or app. Enter your tracking number here to stay informed about the estimated delivery date and real-time location of your package.


International Shipping:

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping through our website. If you are located outside of Australia and wish to place an order, kindly email us at sales@nootropicsolutions.com. Our team will promptly get back to you with available delivery options for your location.

Return Policy

Nootropic Solutions has a 30-day return policy. We offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs)  on products returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us and we will help to resolve your concerns.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, contact us at sales@nootropicsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent at the customer's expense to the following address: 35-37 Maree Street, Freshwater, 4870, QLD, Australia.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will listen to your concerns and help to address the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Items that have been opened or used can only be returned if they are faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.


Refunds:

We will email you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
